Having worked in the corporate industry for more than 10 years and having associated with different clients at more than 12 different organizations, there are a couple of things that I have learnt and would like to share.
The first thing is that every place has its own pros and cons. Having said so, there are people who lose interest in their jobs but continue to serve in the organization as they feel their market worth is limited and it is better to be safe in the current organization. Having a longer association in the organization with limited contribution makes them unfit for the job.
