I still remember the day, when I was a young chap engaged in the construction work of a Solar Cell manufacturing unit. I would like to share a small incident that had a lasting impact on my understanding of how to earn someone’s RESPECT.

The safety policies at any TATA work site are of very high standard.

As an electrical engineer, it was my responsibility to check the electrical safety measures before signing the work permit. On one instance, at the peak of construction work it was difficult for me to check a particular site before the granting permit from my end. So, based on my trust on the contractor supervisor that all the safety measures were in place, I approved the work permit.
